Work Daze Staffing Shines at TEXO BBQ Cook Off!

This past weekend, the Work Daze Staffing team had an incredible time at the TEXO BBQ Cook Off held at the picturesque Silver Lake Marina in Grapevine, TX. The event was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and, of course, mouth-watering BBQ. We are thrilled to share that our team brought home 3rd place in ribs and 2nd place in brisket! 🏆

The competition was fierce, with many talented teams showcasing their BBQ skills. Despite the tough competition, our team’s dedication and passion for BBQ shone through. We are already looking forward to next year, with our sights set on clinching the 1st place trophy!

The TEXO Foundation is a remarkable 501©(3) organization dedicated to supporting TEXO members in their workforce development efforts. Established in 2017, the Foundation’s board of directors has been instrumental in setting a vision to address the current construction labor shortage. Their mission is to encourage the best and brightest students to pursue rewarding careers in construction.
